I'm Samantha Correia, and I've dedicated nearly two decades to enhancing organizational communication and customer experience within our company.

I started my career as a Customer Service Representative, where I learned the ropes and developed a deep understanding of our company's values and mission. Over the years, I've taken on various roles, each one allowing me to grow both personally and professionally.

My time at Green Drop has been an important period where I have refined my skills and embraced new challenges. It laid the foundation for my current role, which I'm privileged to hold.

As the lead in Internal Communications, I play a crucial role in ensuring that communication flows smoothly within our organization. I believe that effective communication is at the heart of any successful enterprise, and I'm committed to ensuring that our teams are always well-informed and connected.

One of the highlights of my career has been to step in and oversee our Buzz Boss division from a customer experience perspective. It's incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact we've made on our customers' experiences and our brand perception.

I strive to lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within our teams. I believe in empowering my colleagues to bring their best selves to work every day and to embrace new ideas and opportunities for growth.

I have pursued various professional development opportunities throughout my career. I'm always eager to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about giving back to my community and supporting sustainability initiatives. Volunteering with local organizations especially in the Portuguese community allows me to make a positive impact and connect with others who share my values.

I'm incredibly proud of the journey I've taken within our company and the contributions I've made along the way. I'm excited about the future and will continue to drive positive change and success for our organization and most importantly for all of you.
