With over nine years of hands-on experience in the service industry, I am dedicated and results-driven Service Manager at Green Drop. Starting my career at a fertilizer plant for five years before transitioning to Green Drop, where over this time I have honed my skills in customer communication and problem-solving. I am passionate about helping customers and always strive to provide the best possible service, ensuring every issue is resolved with care and efficiency.
I am originally from Newfoundland and moved to Alberta at the age of 10. My unique background gives me a broad perspective and approach to customer service. Outside of work, I have a love for adventure, enjoying activities like mudbogging and demolition derbies, which fuel my passion for excitement and challenges.
