Currently, I serve as the Contact Centre Manager for our Customer Experience Centre, where I take pride in overseeing all internal and external customer communications. My focus is on ensuring that these interactions are conducted with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
In addition to my role in customer experience, I play a pivotal role in our business unit group support team, where I advocate for professionalism, evolution, and change where required. This involvement allows me to contribute to the broader strategic initiatives of our organization, ensuring that we continue to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing business landscape.
Furthermore, I actively participate in our leadership team, where I share and offer perspectives and experiences aimed at aiding our inevitable growth and future development. Through collaboration and strategic insight, I work alongside my colleagues to help move our organization forward, driving innovation and excellence across all facets of our operations.
