I am experienced service manager with over three years of leadership experience at Green Drop and a total of five years in management. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while leading teams with integrity, efficiency, and a focus on continuous improvement.

In my current role as a Service Manager at Green Drop, I have excelled in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, and building strong relationships with both clients and staff. My leadership style is rooted in clear communication, fostering teamwork, and creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported.

I place a high value on relationships—both within the workplace and with clients. I believe that cultivating trust and open communication is key to building long-term success, and strive to create a positive, collaborative culture wherever I work.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy playing multiple sports and spending lots of time with family and friends. My passion for growth, development, and building meaningful connections drives both my personal and professional endeavors.
