Yes, we have these amazing lawn care plans designed for different levels of care needed. Our services continue annually to make sure your lawn gets the TLC it deserves. That being said, you’re free to cancel at any time.
Green Drop services are automatically scheduled at optimal times throughout the season to ensure the best results for your lawn. The exact dates of each visit may vary year to year, depending on weather and growing conditions.
You don’t need to change your plans or wait around for us! As long as we have access to your property, we’ll take care of your lawn as scheduled.
Our GreenKeepers start early, but you won’t hear a knock before 9 am. After 9 am, we’ll knock to let you know we’re there, answer any questions, and ensure you’re aware of our presence.
We typically begin in the backyard, tackling the more private and often larger areas first. This allows us to address any hidden issues early and thoroughly. From there, we move seamlessly to the front, giving every part of your lawn the attention it deserves.
Once we’re done, we’ll place flags on your lawn to show it’s been treated. You’ll also receive a detailed work order via email, outlining the services provided and any observations or recommendations for your lawn’s care. This transparency ensures you’re fully informed about your lawn’s health and our work.
Absolutely. Green Drop uses only clean, approved products when and where they are needed. They’re quick-dry too. That means you can enjoy your yard within a few hours.
Most customers notice improvements in their lawn within a few weeks, though this can vary based on the season and the specific treatments applied. Our GreenKeepers monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.

Every Green Drop program covers your lawn for the entire growing season. The actual number of visits will vary based on the time of purchase and any specialty services included in your program. Most Green Drop lawn care programs will include a minimum of four scheduled visit from a GreenKeeper.
Our programs are fully guaranteed. If the results do not meet your expectations, simply contact us, and we will return at no charge to correct the issue.
Yes! Fertilizer loves water, and it will actually benefit the application. Weed control results will depend on the type and severity of the rain. If, after 10 days, you feel that your application has not provided the desired result, simply contact us, and we will return at no extra cost.
Excess dog droppings, debris, leaves, and toys can affect our ability to complete your application. A clean yard helps us provide the best possible service.
We recommend waiting until the day after an application to mow. This allows enough time for the application to be absorbed by your turf. Your GreenKeeper will always leave instructions on what to do after each application for the best results.

Mitchell did an absolutely wonderful job with my aeration and over seeding this morning. My lawn was very wet from all the overnight rain, but he did not track mud on my patio at all. Everything is nice and clean and looks great. I am impressed! Thank you Mitchell for doing such a nice job under these weather conditions.
Eric did an awesome job of aerating and over-seeding our lawn today. We have a large yard that is around 8000sqft and of that 6000sqft are on quite a steep hill. Eric tackled it like a champ. We have had many lawn companies over the 20 some years we have lived here and Green Drop is the best of them all.
