Green Drop is maintaining regular scheduled operations. As a leading Illinois lawn service company, we take our industry leadership role seriously. Every decision we make reflects careful collaboration with state regulators.

At this time, our industry has been deemed an essential service in Illinois. More information on our essential industry can be found here https://www.ilca.net/consumer. Our GreenKeepers work in trucks alone, and service your yard alone. At our offices, we've changed our workplace standards so that everyone stays safe, separated, and has appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

CARING FOR YOUR YARD SAFELY

Every one of our trucks is equipped with hand washing stations, and gloves. We're implementing social distancing at all times, maintaining a safe distance from you and your family. We'll still ring the doorbell after 9am, but it's to let you know we're there - there's no need to answer the door. You'll still receive your work order digitally.

WORKING REMOTELY TO SERVE YOU

Our call center is now working remotely and is equipped to answer all your questions and provide the same excellent service as always. We're anticipating slightly longer response times on the phones as we adapt to this new reality. We have increased the number of GreenKeepers on our other communication channels. Reaching out to us through email, text, live chat and Facebook Messenger will often be quicker.
